In Store Return Policy

  • Articles are accepted for credit or exchange (LESS A RESTOCKING FEE OF 25%) if returned in unworn and unused condition within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by a sales receipt. If item is returned or exchanged after the 14 days, customer will receive store credit ONLY. No returns or exchanges accepted after 30 days.
  • Special Orders are final sale and personalized items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Refunds will be given in the same method of payment as the original purchase. If the item was a gift and not accompanied by the receipt, it may be returned within the 30 day period for store credit only. 
  • Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Gift Purchases

  • Items purchased as a gift, may be returned for store credit only. We are not able to issue a cash/credit card refund on items accompanied by a gift receipt. We are only able to issue refunds (within 30 days of purchase) if original purchaser initiates the return. We thank you for your understanding.
  • Shipping
  • Susan Cummings will take care of all initial shipping fees if item can be shipped via USPS. If item exceeds standard USPS shipping rates, we will use Fedex/UPS for shipping as well as insure the item(s), providing the customer with a verifiable tracking number, for an additional shipping fee.
